The Scope of Work: Remodeling of a 4,000 SF building and construction of a 2,800 SF wood-framed addition to create a withdrawal management facility for the White Earth Reservation. The project will include patient housing, staff offices, and associated support spaces. Site and foundation work, wood building addition and remodeling/construction and MEP are included.
