The Scope of Work: The Project consists of the renovation of Waneta Hall at South Dakota State University. Work includes the full demolition of the existing restrooms and adjacent support/ dorm room to create new pod style restrooms which includes all new electrical, plumbing and new HVAC system.
Project also includes the removal of the existing ballasted roof system to be replaced with a new fully adhered white EPDM system including new vapor retarder, insulation, cover board along with new metal parapet caps.
