The Scope of Work: Parshall School District #3 is seeking bids for the general construction contract for the Parshall Teacher Housing project. The multi-family building will be supplied and set by a separate modular home vendor. The general construction contract includes the crawl space foundations, the fire suppression system, the “stitch up” of the modular units, all associated exterior improvements including parking lot and drive aisle. Also includes utilities from existing city services to modular units.
The multi-family buildings shall be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by EAPC of Bismarck, North Dakota. This work is considered Bid Pack #2 (BP-2) whereas BP-1 is the modular vendor scope.
The housing units are wood framed two-story buildings with crawl spaces, wood roof structure, shingles, drywall, siding, windows, doors, wood base and casing, mechanical and electrical systems to be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Sitework and infrastructure are part of this contract.
