The Scope of Work: Project consists of the demolition of the existing wood framed two level office area within the recycling building, removal of wall panels, demo of floor slab at trench drain and other miscellaneous demo. New office area to be constructed with new locker rooms, offices, meeting room, toilets, and break room. New mechanical for office area will be provided. New wall and ceiling panels to be installed over entire building. A new flammable storage area to be constructed outside of building envelope. New lighting to be installed throughout. Additional work consists of free-standing canopies, one located at the entrance of the transfer station and the other at the remote collection location north of Blackduck, MN
