The Scope of Work: Project consists of a 60’-0”x100’-0”, (5,884 SF), Irrigation Research and Technology Transfer Center sited at 5154 112th Ave NW Ray, ND 58549, approximately 20 miles east of Williston, ND on Highway 1804. The facility has a 60’-0”x49’-8” Shop area and a 60’-0”x 47’-10” Office area under one roof. The building is a pre-engineered metal building with concrete foundation.
