Bismarck State Library/ Liberty Memorial Building Water Remediation project consists of (2)
separate bid packs. BP #1 consists of civil grading work to redirect the flow of water to the
west. Foundation depth drain tile, exterior foundation wall waterproofing, a basement sump
pump, and all exterior concrete removal and replacement work. BP #2 focuses on the Liberty
Memorial Stair work. BP #2 includes removal, staging and reinstallation of the granite stair
tread blocks, cleaning, prepping and application of a cold fluid applied water proofing
membrane. Also includes a new stainless steel railing assembly.
