We’re excited to welcome Kevin Dominick, PE, back to our Phoenix office as Mechanical Engineer Region Manager!
Kevin brings nearly four decades of experience in mechanical engineering, with a career that began in the 1980s at the Rancho Seco Nuclear Plant. Over the years, he’s led high-performance teams across a variety of industries and specialties—including HVAC and plumbing system design, building automation, and energy efficiency. In 2006, Kevin launched and ran his own successful consulting firm in Escondido, California, growing it to a team of over 46 professionals.
As a leader, Kevin is passionate about mentoring emerging engineers and creating technical solutions that are not only innovative but also understandable, reliable, and cost-effective. He’s returning to EAPC Phoenix with a renewed focus on team development, project excellence, and client success.
When he’s not diving into design solutions, Kevin enjoys racing (anything with wheels!), playing bass guitar, and spending time outdoors with his wife—hiking, biking, and even the occasional shopping trip.
