We’re excited to announce that Joshua Smith
has joined EAPC as an IT Helpdesk Specialist in our Phoenix office
A former aviation Air Force mechanic turned IT professional, Joshua discovered his passion for solving complex problems early in his career. His love for troubleshooting translated seamlessly into the tech world, leading him to earn a tech degree from ASU and CompTIA certifications.
Joshua brings a wealth of experience to EAPC, having worked at Intel as a Support Center Technician and later advancing to a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician at Cable One. Drawn by the opportunities and culture at EAPC, he’s excited to collaborate with his new colleagues and grow professionally in his role.
In his new position, Joshua is eager to provide exceptional IT support, tackle technical challenges, and develop his skills further to contribute to EAPC’s success.
Raised in Ozark, AR, Joshua enjoys spending time with his newborn son, walking together and exploring new experiences. An avid collector, he has a passion for anime and sports memorabilia, and he occasionally hosts live auctions for his collectibles shop.
Fun Facts
Joshua spent nearly six years living in Okinawa, Japan, where he learned the language—a skill he admits has faded with time. He is also a devoted *Pokémon GO* player and is always on the lookout for rare finds!
