EAPC welcomes Bruce Gloege as a Construction Administration Specialist in our Sioux Falls office.
Bruce earned his degree in Architectural Drafting from the Southeast Technical Institute (Sioux Falls, SD) and then attended the CAD Institute for Computer-aided Design (Phoenix, AZ).
Bruce has more than 35 years of industry experience, first starting as an architectural drafter and then moving into a Designer/Project Manager role, where he designed various building types, including hotels, financial institutions, office buildings, and state park projects. Bruce then brought his talents to a small Sioux Falls firm where he served as an Architectural Designer/Project Manager. In this position, he continued to design similar project types and was responsible for contract administration, including onsite construction inspections, final inspections, and shop drawing reviews. Additionally, Bruce managed the prototype drawings for a national hotel chain, ensuring compliance with national standards and trends across multiple properties.
After being involved in every step of the design process at his previous firm, Bruce is excited to hone in on the construction process. “Being able to attend site visits and see the project come to life… Just getting to watch it from start to finish.”
At EAPC, Bruce is looking forward to being part of a larger, full-service firm. “I think having all of the disciplines under one roof is great. Being able to just lean over and say ‘hey, what do you think of this?’ instead of waiting for an email from a contractor.”
In his free time, Bruce likes to be outdoors hunting, boating, and camping with his family.
We are excited for Bruce to bring his many years of experience to EAPC!
Welcome to EAPC Bruce!
