Do you have Indigenous professionals on staff?

The NNS has Indigenous-minded leadership and staff, many of whom are enrolled members of federally recognized Tribes, such as the Meskwaki Nation, White Earth Band of Ojibwe, and others.

Scott is an award-winning architect, designer, and community builder, with nearly three decades of experience leading complex, culturally relevant projects. He collaborates with Indigenous and other underrepresented communities to create place-based solutions that promote health, well-being, and self-sufficiency. His work focuses on meaningful collaboration to advance the sustainability of people, place, and planet.

Partner | Native Nations Studio

Leap serves as a Managing Partner at EAPC and is licensed in multiple states. He brings extensive expertise to every phase of architectural development—from early planning and design through post-occupancy evaluation. A graduate of North Dakota State University, Leap is a recognized leader in the architectural community and actively contributes his time and insight to numerous national and state professional boards and community initiatives.

Within EAPC’s Native Nations Studio, Leap provides strategic leadership focused on strengthening relationships with tribal communities and supporting culturally grounded, community-driven design solutions. His approach emphasizes deep listening, respect for place, and collaboration, ensuring that projects honor the values, traditions, and long-term vision of the indigenous communities they serve.
