Thoughtfully designed to align with community standards, this self-storage facility seamlessly blends durability, energy efficiency, and modern aesthetics. EAPC worked closely with the City of Goodyear and the Estrella Community HOA throughout the entitlements process, ensuring the project met all design requirements and gained community approval. The facility features high-quality building materials, including integral-color CMU block, painted stucco, window glazing, metal accent panels, and awnings, creating a refined yet durable structure. Sustainability is a key focus, with low-water, drought-tolerant landscaping designed to thrive in the desert climate. Energy efficiency is enhanced through LED motion-sensor lighting, automated door sensors, low-light reflective paint colors, and low-E windows, reducing environmental impact while maintaining optimal storage conditions.
