Dakota Eye Clinic's 7,200 SF facility, designed by EAPC, features advanced technologies for eye care services, including regular and laser surgery, medical treatment, and an optical shop. The design includes automatic lighting control systems, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a building-wide fire alarm system. State-of-the-art heat pump systems ensure top energy efficiency. EAPC utilized virtual reality for project visualization and strategically concealed ductwork in the open atrium, saving time and costs.
