Campus Master Plan
Architectural Vision Shapes Comprehensive Master Plan
Thoughtfully designed to guide growth and enhance campus functionality, the University of North Dakota's comprehensive campus master planning initiative leverages meticulous evaluation and collaborative input. Sasaki and EAPC analyzed academic space utilization based on data from the University Registrar, developing three initial concepts to explore growth optimization aligned with historical data and college-specific goals. A refined fourth concept emerged, incorporating the most favorable aspects of the earlier proposals, enriched by feedback from university administrators, students, and faculty. The final Master Plan articulates a clear vision for the university's development, outlining actionable strategies for both the short-term (3-5 years) and long-term (5-15 years), ensuring that the campus evolves to meet future educational and community needs effectively.
