Spanning over 30,000 SF, the project introduces a versatile concept kitchen to extend dining options and diversify food offerings. This comprehensive overhaul includes a revamped commercial kitchen, improved accessibility with a new elevator, compliant restrooms, and upgraded building systems for enhanced safety and efficiency. The renovation will also refresh interior finishes to reflect SDSU’s dynamic community spirit, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students, faculty, and staff.
