Comprehensive Renovation Adds Luxury Amenities and Safety Upgrades
The Villa expansion more than doubled its size, adding 30 new units and numerous amenities, including the Glacial Ridge Wellness Center with an exercise pool, a full pharmacy, and a gift shop. Additional amenities feature a fireside lounge, activity lounge, beauty and barber shop, laundry on each floor, formal dining room with a patio, craft room, chapel, library, heated garages, 24-hour secured entrances, elevator service, and indoor secure mailboxes. The project included new power, lighting, and systems for the remodeled pharmacy and the new addition, as well as a digital addressable fire alarm system and LED exterior lighting.
