Designed to set a new standard for RV storage, this Class-A facility seamlessly integrates modern architectural features with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. The office and retail building at the front of the property ensures a customer-friendly experience, while low-water, drought-tolerant landscaping creates a self-sustaining environment suited for the desert climate. Constructed with integral-color CMU block, painted stucco, window glazing, metal accent panels, and awnings, the facility offers a refined yet durable aesthetic. Low-light reflective paint colors and low-E windows improve energy performance, while solar-ready RV canopies meet California building codes and allow for future solar panel installation. Navigating California’s rigorous building codes and permitting process, this project marks a milestone for EAPC’s self-storage team and reflects the owner’s vision of enhancing public perception of RV parking with a high-quality, architecturally appealing design.
