Featuring painted stucco, window glazing, metal accent panels, and awnings, the structure balances durability with a polished, contemporary look. The office building at the front of the property includes a leasing and retail space, while a second-floor manager’s apartment ensures on-site oversight. Low-light reflective exterior paint colors and energy-efficient low-E windows enhance sustainability, while drought-tolerant landscaping supports long-term eco-friendliness. EAPC's involvement began with feasibility site planning and evolved into full Construction Document completion for permitting, ensuring the design met both community needs and the owner’s specific vision.
