Phased Upgrade of High Raw Centrifugal Station Enhances Factory Operations

A high raw centrifugal station was replaced in a two-phase project that included new centrifugals, a mixing tank, mass pumps, a piping system, and a discharge screw conveyor. Structural modifications were made to the building to accommodate the new equipment. The project began with preliminary engineering to establish scope and cost, followed by detailed design services including equipment layout, pipe routing, and structural steel foundations. Work was divided to minimize operational disruptions, allowing construction to start early and finish on time. Part-time and full-time construction management ensured successful execution across both phases.
