Project includes the installation of an air-cooled chiller, pumps and trim, and ice storage tanks. Chilled water piping to be extended from the chiller/ice storage tanks to air handling units located in the basement mechanical room. New chilled water coils will replace existing Dx cooling coils in the air handling units. The project includes all related electrical and controls work.
