EAPC is proud to announce the completion of a major addition and renovation project for Tioga School District, which included adding a middle school addition on to their existing high school.
The majority of the project was completed in December 2025, with one remaining piece, the new track and field improvements which will be complete this summer 2026.
This project includes:

6 new middle school classrooms and support spaces

A new gymnasium

Reception and restroom renovations

Rebuilt football field with new sod and irrigation

New track surfacing and field event upgrades
This new middle school addition allows the school district to relocate the 6th grade students from an overcrowded elementary school and expand physical education and athletic facilities to support growing participation.
For this particular project, careful coordination was required to integrate the new addition with the existing high school, including foundation and structural considerations, fire separation, and egress planning. The team also worked within tight seasonal constraints to complete outdoor improvements ahead of the North Dakota winter.
EAPC provided the Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Interior Design services alongside Interstate Engineering, Lloyd Sports + Engineering, and FCI Constructors, Inc. for the strong collaboration.
This investment strengthens educational capacity and enhances athletic opportunities for Tioga students and surrounding communities for years to come.
