EAPC Architects Engineers is proud to announce that Parker Lawley, PE, Sioux Falls Office Manager and Mechanical Engineer, has been named a nominee for the 2026 Four Under 40 Awards presented by the Sioux Falls Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce.
The Four Under 40 Awards recognize young professionals who are making an impact within their businesses, industries, and communities. Parker is among 55 professionals from across the Sioux Falls metro area nominated for the 2026 awards.
Parker has been with EAPC for eight years and has grown into a leadership role that combines technical expertise, client service, team collaboration, and office leadership. As Sioux Falls Office Manager, he helps coordinate EAPC’s multidisciplinary team while continuing to serve clients as a licensed mechanical engineer.
Throughout his career, Parker has developed extensive experience designing mechanical systems for education, housing, civic, and healthcare facilities. His expertise includes chilled water, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, hydronic, energy management, and plumbing systems.
Parker places particular emphasis on working collaboratively with clients to evaluate energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions that align with the needs of each facility. This approach is especially important in healthcare environments, where complex and energy-intensive building systems provide significant opportunities to evaluate long-term performance, efficiency, and operating costs.
Beyond his work at EAPC, Lawley is actively involved in the engineering profession and currently serves as a Board Member at Large for the South Dakota Chapter of ASHRAE.

A panel of Sioux Falls YPN members will select four individuals to receive the 2026 Four Under 40 Awards. Recipients will be announced during the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting on October 13 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center and will also be recognized at the next Sioux Falls YPN Crossroads Summit.
