The Scope of Work: One story addition to the existing fire station to the north. Building will be a pre-engineered structure with concrete foundation and a mechanical mezzanine. The addition includes storage, laundry and restrooms. Work includes replacement of the existing overhead doors, bollards and some plumbing work in the existing facility. Also included is mechanical, electrical, structural and civil work to support the new addition.
