The Scope of Work: Complete replacement of plaster and associated tile finishes below the waterline of the two pools at the Choice Wellness Center. Activity pool area is approx. 5,000 SF with zero-entry edge, lazy river and waterslide splash pool. Three-lane lap pool area approx 1600 SF Pool entry steps and underwater benches/platforms also to be resurfaced, and pool drain covers to be replaced.
