The Scope of Work: The project consists of a new 3 bay 12,000 sq.ft. fire station. The apparatus bay is cmu walls with wood studs for the living quarters. The exterior is a combination of a brick veneer and EIFS with a standing seam metal roof. The project will be Three Prime Contractor bid with the option for Single Combined Bid.
