Sean is a CompTIA certified support technician, who most recently worked for Indiana University Health as a Shift Coordinator responsible for being the first point of contact for the team’s computer hardware and software issues. We are excited for Sean to be joining our IT Department and expanding our support services in our ever-growing network. “I look forward to familiarizing myself with EAPC’s processes and finding opportunities to learn even more in my new role.”
As someone who was influenced from a young age while putting computers together with his dad, Sean turned a hobby into a career.
“My dad started me on this path years ago as a hobby. My childhood friend—who now does military IT—encouraged me and acted as my guide as I earned my certification. I’m excited to use my skills to help my new teammates here at EAPC.”
Relocating from Indianapolis to North Dakota has been a change, but Sean said he is ready for this adventure. “I’ve finally made it after a couple years of thorough planning and pinching my pennies. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and I think that every speed bump along the way delayed me just long enough to lead me to this position.”
When he's not problem solving a computer issue, Sean enjoys playing his guitar. Missing his band back home he says he hopes to start playing music again in Bismarck…so if you have talent…let Sean know!
