EAPC is pleased to welcome back Kristen McReynolds as Director of Business Excellence

Kristen, now located out of EAPC’s Sioux Falls office, has over 15 years of experience coaching various organizations and industries through strategy development and execution using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. During this time, Kristen has established Lean Management Systems, coached leaders through LSS concepts, and assisted them in developing additional key business skills.

Kristen is returning to EAPC following her work with NCH Healthcare System in Southwestern Florida where she supported their Quality Division in Lean Six Sigma process improvement and led various strategic initiatives.

EAPC has promoted LEAN methodologies to our healthcare clients for several years, and with Kristen’s return to EAPC, we can expand this offering to all our clients. Sam Wilke, EAPC partner, says he is excited to have Kristen returning to EAPC.  “The expansion of services surrounding business operations and skills provides another avenue for EAPC to directly benefit our clients. Kristen’s business experiences and skillsets have guided us with our EAPC strategic goals, and we now look forward to our clients having the opportunity to experience the same.”

Kristen supports our clients through strategy development, process improvement, employee engagement and leadership development using time-tested Lean Six Sigma methodologies in conjunction with current business best practices.

“No matter the industry, people achieve success when they are aligned and inspired in achieving a common goal. It’s my mission to help our clients identify, build, and communicate a realistic plan to achieve their strategic goals.”

Kristen recommends we further develop Lean Six Sigma practices and processes internally at EAPC. “There’s a reason we create stronger solutions working together, and Lean Six Sigma gives us a framework to maximize our improvement potential. These time-proven methodologies help people solve problems and improve their environments using team-generated solutions—giving all of us a different way to engage with each other along our improvement journey.”

Welcome back Kristen!
