As we continue on with our Career Builder series, check out the newest rising start at EAPC, Joe Stromberg, Mechanical CAD Designer out of our Fargo office.
Joe Stromberg, Mechanical CAD Designer at EAPC, stepped into a new role when asked to manage construction on a project he helped design. Encouraged by his manager, Jesse Sandry, Joe embraced the challenge. Through this he gained valuable insight from daily site visits and real-time problem solving.
“I’ve always liked getting on site and seeing how things actually look,” Joe said. “Being part of the construction process made me realize how important it is to take more time during design, visit the site often, and capture as much detail as possible.”
Jesse recognized the impact of this experience on Joe’s development: “He saw firsthand how things go together.......and how they sometimes don’t. That kind of knowledge will only make his designs stronger moving forward.”
